Accounts Clarity (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to accountsclarity.ca and to the bookkeeping and accounting services we provide.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to provide our services and run our business:

• Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you choose to include when you contact us, request a consultation, or become a client.
• Client financial information. Where you engage us for bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, or tax services, we handle financial records, transaction data, payroll details, and tax information belonging to you and your business.
• Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

• provide, maintain, and improve our services;
• respond to your enquiries and communicate with you about your account;
• prepare and file returns and reports on your behalf where you have engaged us to do so;
• meet our legal, regulatory, and professional obligations;
• improve the content and performance of our website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use client financial information for any purpose other than delivering the services you have engaged us for.
