These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of accountsclarity.ca and, where applicable, the services provided by Accounts Clarity (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Accounts Clarity provides bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and related support services to small businesses. The specific services provided to a client, along with fees and timelines, are set out in a separate written engagement agreement. Where these Terms conflict with a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement governs.

Fees are set out in your engagement agreement. Invoices are payable according to the terms stated on them. We may suspend services on accounts that remain unpaid after reasonable notice.
We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it except as described in our Privacy Policy, as authorised by you, or as required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Accounts Clarity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid to us for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may use or recommend third-party software and platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the engagement agreement. We may restrict access to this website at any time without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that province.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
